Using iShit
iShit is a bathroom timer and habit-tracking app. You may use it only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these terms. Features may vary by app version, device, region, or subscription status.

iShit is provided for general habit awareness and entertainment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Contact a qualified health professional if you have health concerns.
Accounts and purchases
If a version of iShit offers accounts, subscriptions, or purchases, you are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable app-store terms and refund policies.
Your content and sharing
You control whether to share cards or summaries generated by iShit. Do not use the app to publish unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing material. You remain responsible for content you choose to share through third-party services.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, misuse support channels, or use iShit in a way that harms Black Palm Studios, other users, or third parties.
Availability and changes
Black Palm Studios may update, add, suspend, or remove features. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the app useful and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, iShit is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Black Palm Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Consumer rights that apply in your region remain unaffected.
Termination
Access may be limited or terminated if these terms are materially violated, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as iShit evolves or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Additional notice will be provided when required.
